DESCRIPTION

Atrium [ ey-tree-uhm ] // is a Roman architectural term referring to a centrally open room often at the entrance to a space, typically with domed or otherwise pitched ceiling. With the ZMF Atrium Closed, ZMF takes the sound and acoustic design to a fully closed space, using our patent-pending damping system specially formulated for closed designs. The Atrium Closed focuses on sub-bass, staging and ease of listening for the ultimate biocellulose closed back experience. Customers who loved the Eikon, will be taken to the next level with the Atrium Closed.

The current stock wood for the Atrium is Cherry. The Cherry is finished in either a natural or aged copper finish. Note that aged copper is a $200 premium.

PADS

The stock Universe pads are the pads that come on the headphones and represent the stock sound on the Atrium. Auteur pads give a more euphonic and deep landscape, while BE2 pads are recommended for a more linear sound that retains sub-bass.
